1. No questions were asked from the Minutes dated December 2, 2010
2. Financial report the balance is $10,167.81
3. City Walking Trails MEET BRUCE @ 9:30 on Sat. Jan 8 @ Co-op Tunnel, to groom the trail across from Great Slave Helicopters
4. City of Yellowknife " Special Grant Application " for the Groomer!! This would be the breakdown:
   • Grant Application from City - $15,000
   • GSSA - TR Contribution - $7,000
   • Corporate Sponsors - $8,000
   • Poker Derby - $4,000
5. Bruce H. and Al Gofenko put up a sign on Con Mine right beside the Lodge for the trail access to Great Slave Sign says "Multi Use"
6. GET READY NEXT RIDE ON JAN 16... YAHOO..... "WEATHER PERMITTING"
7. Jan 23 2011 RIDE SAFE RIDE SOBER TOUR...RIDE..International Snowmobile Safety Week. Dave A. will be doing the radio advertising. MARG/SONIA/COLLEEN/SHEILA will be distributing the posters on Sat. Jan 15 around town.
8. Friday, Jan 21 2011 Dave A. and Stirling will be at the firehall with their sleds displaying our banner
9. "Angela Meyer Organized Search" Meeting at the Legion, on Sunday, Jan 9 2011 @ 9:00 Bruce/Bruce/Marg... Please join us.... search around Con Mine/Tin Can Hill
10. GSSA POSTER Charlene/Dave and Colleen will be meeting on Sunday, Jan 9 2011 @ 1:00 @ 176 Magrum to complete the final touches on the poster

12. POKER DERBY ON APRIL 3, 2011 Marg will contact Cleo Bromley from Canadian North regarding the one prize and also Leslie Bromley from Gourment Cup to discuss the beverages,, coffee and hot cholocate. Dave will be contacting Mike from Blachford and the dealerships. POKER RALLY COMMITTEE - Jennifer, Sheila, Charlene and whoever else wants to join,, you would be welcome!!
13. FEBRUARY 3, 2011!!!!! MEETING TO DISCUSS THE POKER DERBY EVENT...... THE MEETING MIGHT BE HELD AT THE LIBRARY BUT BRUCE OUR LEADER WILL LET US KNOW..
14. SUNDAY JAN 9 2011 1:00 at SUB ARCTIC SURVEYS OFFICE..... PHOTO'S WILL BE TAKEN BY SONIA FOR THE POSTERS..... STIRLING INGRAM OUR 1ST POSTER CHILD..... these posters will be distributed to schools by the end of Jan.... advertising safety.......
15. Dave A. will like to advise there is 13 single memberships and 17 family memberships TOTAL 64 MEMBERS.. GREAT.
